What helps with a bug report

A few specific details usually make the problem much easier to reproduce.

Version and system

Your SizeFold version, macOS version, and whether the Mac uses Apple silicon or Intel.

Expected and actual result

What you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the exact error message if one appeared.

Steps to repeat it

The smallest sequence that causes the problem. A screenshot is useful when it does not expose private information.

Your files stay private. SizeFold does not automatically attach diagnostics, folder paths, filenames, or images. Only send a sample file when it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.
